Our church primarily serves the small, suburban town of Ho Ho Kus, NJ, but also draws members from the surrounding towns in picturesque northern Bergen County. Located right in the heart of the downtown area, it’s easy to drive or walk to. The parking lot is small but there is ample street parking close by.
The Rev. Richard Bierwas.
All are welcome on Sundays at 10am
We are a congregation that belongs to the Reformed Church in America, a “mainline protestant” church. Quite simply, we are reformed in theology and Presbyterian in government. We have a similar theological orientation and form of government as other Reformed and Presbyterian denominations. For more information about RCA, visit their website: https://www.rca.org/
Form of government
Church authority is vested in a series of representative groups, composed of an equal number of ministers and elders. The Church is managed locally by a “consistory”, picked from among the members. Regional government comprises a “classis”, a regional synod and a general synod.
